Thankfully, we didn't have to use the plan, but it gave us peace of mind for the small fee charged. We will use IMG for other Intl. travel. Thanks for making this insurance available to the general public.

John would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
I purchased trip insurance to primarily protect me against a medical emergency. I had a minor one in Cambodia which was solved by a quick trip to a clinic. Unfortunately I forgot to keep the receipt for my visit and meds that were prescribed [my fault] so I wasn't reimbursed. Other than that I'm glad I had the coverage and will buy coverage again on any future trip.

    While traveling, if you feel there is a situation where you may need to file a claim when you return home, keep any and all receipts, paperwork, or proof of loss you can get. Also contact your insurance company. They are available to you 24 hours and you can call them collect from overseas. It will help your claims process go more smoothly.
