The plan has too many caveats and exclusions. We have used this firm for previous trips and vacations. Unfortunately the contract is written to exclude missed scheduled tours when the time to be cleared through customs and immigrations into UAE is longer than they consider acceptable. The air carrier landed on time. It was 45 minutes before economy passengers were deplaned. Luggage claim and immigrations required 2 hours. The contract excludes any missed tours unless the air carrier is 3 hours late.

Although we did receive payment for a medical visit whilst on our trip, we were not very satisfied with the customer service.
We never received any communication that our claim documents had been received or any indication of how long it would take for the claim to be processed. Also, the promise of the collect call to notify Seven Corners when the illness occurred, was not fulfilled. We were in Thailand and had the hotel place the call. The concept of "collect call" obvious not recognized and we were charged $12.00 by the hotel. Seven Corners denied reimbursement despite our submission of proof of payment.

I had done a lot of checking on the computer for travel insurance, and this, to me, was the best value for the best coverage. This is the second time I have used TravelSafe. The only gripe that I would have is that because I was away for more than 30 days, the cost doubled, however, I was like 42 days away and it would have been nice if it were a little cheaper, or if they could offer incremental prices!
