I ran into an unexpected medical problem while vacationing in the Bahamas and had to go to the hospital. Once I returned home, I requested the hospital bill, submitted it and within 30 days I had my refund from AmEx Travel Insurance. I appreciate all of their help in getting me reimbursed. Thank you again :)

      Good Job masking things in the review website. I posted something that was a fact of what I went through. Wait and see what customers can do about such things and having this bad nexus between insurance companies.

I could only give a review on the purchase of the insurance. Thank God we didn't need to use the insurance on our past cruise! The insurance was price good for what we needed to have coverage for. We would purchase again from InsureMyTrip!
