While I did not need to use the medical coverage on my trip, it put my mind at ease knowing my family was covered in the event of a problem. I feel the cost of the coverage was well worth that peace of mind.

We had one doctor visit in Grand Bahama and the cost was only $50 so we did not file a claim. However, I did call you about what the procedure would be if we needed to file a claim. The person I spoke was most helpful, and she wanted to assist by finding providers for us, which we did not need. I am confident you would have provided whatever assistance we needed. I will not hesitate to refer and recommend others to you AND we will use you every year since we travel frequently.
