Wilson would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
Thankfully did not have to use the coverage, but had peace of mind knowing we had it should it be needed. Unfortunately, a passenger on our cruise did have to be airlifted. Although we would have preferred a little smaller premium, it was worth it knowing the coverage was there if needed.

I ran into an unexpected medical problem while vacationing in the Bahamas and had to go to the hospital. Once I returned home, I requested the hospital bill, submitted it and within 30 days I had my refund from AmEx Travel Insurance. I appreciate all of their help in getting me reimbursed.
