My son's girlfriend fell off a horse and we ended up in the ER in Grand Cayman. Although we had to pay cash for everything before the service was provided, Nationwide Ins (through [Travelex] Travel Select) reimbursed us within 5 weeks with little hassle. We submitted receipts and a copy of the travel itinerary. We purchased the policy for cancellation purposes but the additional benefits definitely were worth it.
