As part of our fulfillment process, we send an email with the policy number and assistance information so that everything is available immediately. HTH Worldwide members are also invited to login to download an electronic ID card and access global health information and our medical provider directory. The electronic ID card includes the member policy number and emergency numbers should you need assistance.
