I'm hoping to reach Rick's supervisor. Want to let you know I have had
the best service by Rick. He was able to come up with the best travel
insurance plan for a small amount more than the basic plan. He
listened, gave me choices and pointed out the benefits of one plan over
the others. I wanted one that covered pre-existing conditions and he
was able to accomodate because it was in the 21 day trip booking date.
I initially started with American Express but they couldn't offer this
because it was over 14 days; not taking into consideration I'm going on
June 5th. I also wanted to make sure it covered pre-existing conditions
so that I know I'm covered for medical for any reason. Rick made it a
pleasure to do business with your company and I will certainly tell my
friends.
