When I called to get information on trip insurance, the representative was very helpful. She did not try to oversell us on things we might not need. She even told us that we didn't need to print all the pages of the insurance agreement. The price was very reasonable and covered us in the event of weather cancellations, which was what we were most concerned with. Trying to get out of Buffalo, NY in January can be tricky.

Fortunately I didn't need to file a claim, but I was glad to be covered. Another member of the group I was with did fall sick and spent several days in the hospital. He needed to change his return flight home and spent several additional days at our hotel after we all had left, and he had NOT opted to purchase travel insurance. Bad idea! I am glad I purchased through InsureMyTrip.com - Easy process, easy to compare policies, and good prices!
