Robert would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
The claim took longer than I expected: I didn't submit complete information and Allianz sent me a reply by surface mail, which was delayed because of the Christmas holidays. However, if I had checked online I could have found out about the problem and found what additional information was needed. After faxing the additional information I waited a week then called and the agent was able to approve the claim within a few minutes.

I felt most relaxed knowing I had adequate medical coverage in the event of an emergency.We had a white Christmas--most unusual for Texas,we had to cancel most of our outdoor activities as we did not have the right clothing,but we enjoyed lots of indoor activities,
board games. good conversations and laughter and above all good food.The weather did not spoil our Christmas.

At first a had an aweful experience looking for insurance to cover my short travel to the United Staes. Once I found your company, I had a really good time understanding and purchasing the insurance that best fit for my visit to the U.S. I will certainly recommend my Country fellows in Panama to purchase your insurance.
