We had to cancel out trip first time we had planned a trip and received our money back. Then we planned another trip and took out insurance again. The day before we were to leave I found my best friend who lived alone on the floor. She had died. I was the one who saw after her. She had no family. I called Allianz and they would not pay because I didn't live in her home. I really thought that they could have helped me some on it. No one never knows about things like this. I also was her executor of her will. There was no way I could leave. I will be more selective on who I take insurance with in the future.

Fortunately we have never had to use our plan; however, I buy one each year because we have elderly parents. One never knows what health issue could arise that would interrupt a vacation.
