I especially like the clarity of language with which the terms and conditions of the coverage were laid out. So often insurance policies seem to be deliberately made difficult to understand. The Access America Deluxe plan was laid out clearly and without resort to legalese. This was an important feature to me and I commend it to everyone considering travel insurance.

I made the mistake of getting travel insurance from another company for a previous trip. I had to file a claim with that company because my trip to Tunisia was interrupted by the demonstrations they had there. It took this company 3 months to pay my claim. Travelguard is the only travel insurance company I will purchase from in the future.
