I felt that the cost of the plan was reasonable for the coverage provided, and that the coverage was thorough. We did not have any need to use the plan, yet it was reassuring to have the back-up in place. I appreciated the availability of InsureMyTrip staff to discuss and explain details of the various plans available when making my decision about trip insurance. Staff were very knowledgeable and unbiased, focusing on my needs and what plan would best meet them.
