I generally take one big trip each year and use this plan when I do. I've never filed a claim and I hope I never have to. I find the coverage good and the price good too.

Thankfully, We did not need to file a claim but thought we might need to use it on our last trip! We were flying out the day the East coast got hit with the Nemo blizzard and almost missed our flight & cruise due to extensive airport cancellations! We have never been so thankful to have travel insurance. Will always have coverage in the future! It's worth every penny!

We just had basic insurance needs in case something would fall through. Did not need it (thank goodness) but it is a must now a days.
