I just wanted to write and say thank you. My mother was hesitant getting insurance for this flight but after getting 'burnt' last fall on a cancellation fee, she decided to take it out this time. What a blessing it was to have the insurance; it really helped out! Thank you so very much.

What I like about this plan is it allows me to cover as much of the cost of the trip that I want, not the entire cost. Also, since my health insurance covers foreign incidents, I like the fact that it still covers an appropriate amount for medical evacuations.

I have already recommended your services. Luckily, I have never needed to use the insurance your provide and that's a good thing! One of my travel-mates who flew into Barcelona, never got his luggage! I suggested he put in a claim -- he even packed his medication & never got that! My trip to Barcelona was uneventful (as I like them!) and the cruise from there to Miami was super. I'll be contacting you again! Thanks for the assurance you gave me.

We had to cancel out trip first time we had planned a trip and received our money back. Then we planned another trip and took out insurance again. The day before we were to leave I found my best friend who lived alone on the floor. She had died. I was the one who saw after her. She had no family. I called Allianz and they would not pay because I didn't live in her home. I really thought that they could have helped me some on it. No one never knows about things like this. I also was her executor of her will. There was no way I could leave. I will be more selective on who I take insurance with in the future.
