Patricia would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
I didn't need to use the insurance, but it provided peace of mind that if something should happen, it was there to help. I would not travel out of the US without insurance, particularly since I'm on Medicare and it doesn't cover you once you're out of the US. No one wants to spend more money for insurance, but there are hundreds of other things to think about on a trip and the insurance provides peace of mind for at least one aspect.

I never needed trip insurance before and Allianz made it easy to purchase my needed coverage. I traveled more easily knowing that if an emergency should arise while I was on Bimini, I would be taken care of.

Trip insurance, like all insurance, is silent until it is needed to file a claim. The customer reaction is principally to the cost and the ease of purchase. This is my first experience with trip insurance. The cost seemed reasonable and easy to buy. No regrets, no claims.
