We had to cancel our trip due to illness. I mailed the claim with the required documentation and received reimbursement within 3 weeks. Customer Care reps are excellent. This is the first time we have ever had to cancel a trip and I was extremely nervous. However, the claim was processed quickly and without any hassle. We definitely recommend Allianz Global Assistance.

I thought I would have to make a claim on the policy so contacted the company for instructions. The response was clear concise and very explanatory as to what I need to do. The representative was knowledgeable and courteous. When one is in a foreign country facing a problem this is exactly how you need to be treated! Fortunately the condition was abated and I did not have to use my insurance coverage, but I felt that I was certainly taken care of if I had to.

I would use Allianz again because I don't expect to have any claim when I travel but feel more secure that if, in the event that something happens, I do have some coverage and the plan you offer is more affordable than the other plans I checked.
