I just wanted to write and say thank you. My mother was hesitant getting insurance for this flight but after getting 'burnt' last fall on a cancellation fee, she decided to take it out this time. What a blessing it was to have the insurance; it really helped out! Thank you so very much.

I traveled with my family, daughter, her husband, two grandchildren, 9 and 13. I felt it was important to have travel insurance. In fact, my grandson came down with a cold two days before we were scheduled to leave. Fortunately, it was nothing serious and we went ahead with our plans. But what if we had to cancel? Five airline tickets, apartment reservations, etc. I think it was a wise thing to do and I would do it again.

A couple traveling with us had to cancel for medical reasons. Their airline fares were totally refunded by Allianz. Since I had recommended the policy to them, I am very pleased with how it was handled.
