When I purchased the insurance initially, it was such a new experience that I had some questions regarding the policy. I was most pleased to talk with a professional informative representative that addressed all my concerns in an efficient and friendly manner. This gave me confidence in the plan. Fortunately, I did not need the insurance, but I was not sorry for purchasing because of the confidence I had that I was protected.
