Of course, the real test of a policy is how you're treated if you have a claim. However, I'd prefer not to have to test that out. On paper, your policy met all of my needs (nothing exotic) and I have every confidence that had I had a problem, you'd be there to help. Thanks.

It was a bit of a hassle to file the claim - and they took on the outside of what is acceptable to process. Did not make it easy - but they did pay - after time and evidence.

This policy was much more affordable than the one offered by the cruise company. It gave me peace of mind. Luckily I didn't need to use it, but knowing I was insured was a good feeling.
