It was a bit of a hassle to file the claim - and they took on the outside of what is acceptable to process. Did not make it easy - but they did pay - after time and evidence.

This policy was much more affordable than the one offered by the cruise company. It gave me peace of mind. Luckily I didn't need to use it, but knowing I was insured was a good feeling.

The process of purchasing was extremely easy, time friendly and covered everything we needed for 4 adults. You were given phone numbers in case of an emergency and any questions I had were answered by a person (not a machine). I would definitely recommend this plan to anyone who wants peace of mind on a trip. Happy in Key West
