Insurance not needed, but our last trip I had an illness and needed to us the insurance for medical and flight costs. I was happy with the help I got from your agents, and most of our bills were refunded. I would, and do, plan to continue using them.

We had to cancel our trip due to illness. I mailed the claim with the required documentation and received reimbursement within 3 weeks. Customer Care reps are excellent. This is the first time we have ever had to cancel a trip and I was extremely nervous. However, the claim was processed quickly and without any hassle. We definitely recommend Allianz Global Assistance.

Since we drive there, there is no need for Luggage, missed anything[ NA ]. I always wanted the Chopper ride out !! for Emergency care. And Insurance for over and above Medicare if they don't pay out of the country, like a cruise !! AOK on the policy.

A couple traveling with us had to cancel for medical reasons. Their airline fares were totally refunded by Allianz. Since I had recommended the policy to them, I am very pleased with how it was handled.
