I just wanted to write and say thank you. My mother was hesitant getting insurance for this flight but after getting 'burnt' last fall on a cancellation fee, she decided to take it out this time. What a blessing it was to have the insurance; it really helped out! Thank you so very much.

While on our nine week trip, we found that we had to extend the trip by 6 days. I was extremely disappointed to discover that the coverage could not be extended - at any price! Thus we remain in Europe, still on the trip, without insurance and without the possibility of getting insurance. This is a major failing of the policy and a real risk that I thought I was insuring ourselves against. What a disappointment!

    Package policies cannot be extended or purchased after departure date. However, Travel Medical plans can be. If you end up in a situation like this, you always have the ability to purchase some protection.
