Only real problem was our fault. We filed too late to get cover for pre-existing conditions under the health cover. In the end this wasn't an issue.

I have already recommended your services. Luckily, I have never needed to use the insurance your provide and that's a good thing! One of my travel-mates who flew into Barcelona, never got his luggage! I suggested he put in a claim -- he even packed his medication & never got that! My trip to Barcelona was uneventful (as I like them!) and the cruise from there to Miami was super. I'll be contacting you again! Thanks for the assurance you gave me.

We were delayed overnight [24 hrs] because of a missed connection with US Airways in Philadelphia from Baltimore to Madrid. Alliance (bought as Access America just before name change) repaid us for food expenses during the delay and lost prepaid lodging in Madrid for the first night. In addition, they reimbursed us for some minor medical expenses for my wife later in the trip.
It took me a while to gather the documentation for the claim, but once submitted, it was paid in full within a reasonable interval.
