Since we fortunately did not have to use the insurance plan, we really cannot comment on how it would have worked. We do feel the plan coverage was comprehensive and priced reasonably.

travel insurance initially confused me and I contacted the telephone number listed and a young lady took the time and explained preexisting conditions and answered all my questions in language that could be understood. I will use this company again Thanks Bob
