I would recommend the product with the caveat that we didn't submit a claim. Purchasing insurance says little about the company - how a claim is processed says a lot.

Melissa would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
Fortunately, I did not have to process a claim, so I cannot speak to how well the plan would come through. However, for a fairly decent price, I was able to purchase travel insurance, which is basically purchasing peace of mind, which was especially nice to have when traveling overseas.
