Yes the plan is good but the cost should have been less. Last time I traveled with other planners that was less then what I paid now. Please think of this as I will again be needing the plan for my wife who will be traveling soon.

Robert would not recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
For reasons that were never explained, the policy that I bought in November was cancelled in March, two months before my trip. Buying a new policy then would not include pre-existing conditions coverage, something important to two seniors. No one would explain who cancelled the policy and why. After numerous calls to both Insure My Trip and American Express, the policy was reinstated effective November 2011. But the anxiety and hassle seriously diminished the value of the policy.
