As with any policy pulling together the documentation was a chore but once I had it and submitted the claim it was processed within a week.

The "Classic Plan" is the coverage I desired. Interesting, while underwritten by AMEX, this plan is not available from AMEX. Great that I didn't have file a claim. The value of any policy is in its claims paid. I can't comment on that.
