My father-in-law died 2 days before our trip.We where able to rebook our flight a day later than planed.The cost was almost twice what our original flight but booked anyway knowing we where insured.when we got back we turned a claim into CSA.They payed our claim promptly!I highly recommend them! I will use them every time we travel.

I did lose my luggage for five days but was able to live out of my carry-on so had no need to file a claim. My satisfaction is based on the reasonable price of the product.
