I thought the value of coverage to cost was great, although we didn't need to use it. Actually before our trip we took advantage of the concierge service which was a nice service.

Being a retired RN I know all the health problems that might happen on a trip out of the country.The man I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful.My son in law's company also uses this insurance company so felt if anything should happen I was in good hands.Had a lovely trip to Fiji except the heat and humidity were over the top!

No claim was submitted because no problems were encountered so we don't know how they are on claims--the true test of an insurance company. That said, they provided the best coverage for the money and offered everything we needed.
