Fortunately, we did not need to use the plan, but it was easy to acquire and far more competitive in price and features than other plans. The plan had good reviews from independent reviewers, so it was an easy choice to make.

Thankfully, I did not use the insurance while on the trip. It would be nice if you gave something back to every purchaser who did not use insurance while away. Insurance coverage is so expensive, it limits amount of travel possible for retired individuals.

Fortunately I did not need to use the policy, so I cannot comment on the service. However, as a wheelchair passenger, I welcomed the sense of security provided, should there have been a need.
