Fortunately I did not need to use the policy, so I cannot comment on the service. However, as a wheelchair passenger, I welcomed the sense of security provided, should there have been a need.

InsureMyTrip allowed me to compare plans and prices on-line. The CSA Travel Protection custom plan was the least expensive plan with the level of coverage I needed. Fortunately I didn't have to make a claim but would be interested in the comments of someone who did.

Great coverage at a very reasonable price. It was purchased for a cruise but also covered us from the day we left (drove to Miami from VA) to the day we returned home. At the time of purchase, representatives were very helpful on the phone and answered all of our questions. We recommend and will use again in the future.
