Olivia would not recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
I found the emergency help process too cumbersome. My husband fell in Amsterdam and we took him to the emergency room at the hospital. When you're bleeding you don't have time to call a number to request a search for a doctor.

Fortunately there was no need to take advantage of the insurance but I find it wise to have coverage, especially when traveling outside the U.S. The CSA agent was very professional when we contacted CSA and got us an affordable policy for our situation.

We went on the Mariner of the Seas, our 6th cruise, but first RC. Entertainment and service was great, but food was just okay. Bed was not comfortable. Surprised to discover that our balcony room didn't include a robe and standard lotions. Shampoo was in a wall dispenser. Also couldn't buy a bottle of liquor or wine on the ship for our room.
