John would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
My only complaint: three times CSA emailed me the PDF of my policy, and all three times the PDF file was corrupted/wouldn't open. (I tried with multiple different computers and different browsers.) Finally CSA had to postal mail me the policy. CSA needs to review their PDF software and ensure it is up to date and working correctly.

Hwee Sian would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
CS reps on the phone were friendly and most of my claims were processed promptly. However, I was not able to get my air ticket change fee reimbursed as the reason was due to "airline unable to crew flight attendants", which although an inconvenience to me was not a qualified reason for my claim.

Robert would not recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
After a trip to Timor Leste, I did require medical treatment in Singapore costing nearly $400. Because this travel insurance requires participation of my health insurer back home, I did not submit a claim. I would rather eat the cost than to fight with Blue Cross/Blue Shield about their share of the claim. It is not worth making a claim for anything less than a catastrophic illness or injury.
