Since I did not have to file a claim, I am unable to honestly access the ease of use of claim process,but I was satisfied with the provisions that the plan offered for its cost. I would use this plan again, though.

We bought insurance because of an aging parent at home, as well as concern about the safety of medical treatment in S. Africa and Zimbabwe. Although we did not use the insurance, we were happy to have the coverage in case of an emergency. Next time we would opt for the medical/airlift option only.

This was the second time that I have used InsureMyTrip.com but the first time that I used a CSA plan.

Our trip went off without a hitch and no claims were made so I can't really evaluate the service although having a travel protection plan in place provided considerable peace of mind.

The customer service agent whose name I have forgotten was very helpful.

I also found very useful the information on how many people bought each different plan. This allowed me to realistically compare plans. The website was also very easy to navigate.
