Fortunately, we had no need to use the insurance. It does offer peace of mind knowing we are insured for our trip. We will continue to purchase trip insurance and like the option of doing so online.

We went on the Mariner of the Seas, our 6th cruise, but first RC. Entertainment and service was great, but food was just okay. Bed was not comfortable. Surprised to discover that our balcony room didn't include a robe and standard lotions. Shampoo was in a wall dispenser. Also couldn't buy a bottle of liquor or wine on the ship for our room.

Have used CSA for a couple of trips and lucky enough did not need to make any claims so did not have to use CSA for claims but take out insurance for just in case.
