I had to change my travel plans (no claim made) and while my new travel time was one day less than the original, with no change in price, I had to pay more for the same coverage. I was unhappy with this situation.

Yes, we were satisfied with the plan. Given that it was very hard to find insurance anywhere but here (we were using frequent flyer miles) it gave us great relief to find this. And had a most relaxing vacation because of your company.
