Very easy and convenient to purchase. I was fortunate enough not to have had to use the plan so I don't know if a claim would have gone smoothly or not. Based on the other reviews, I would again purchase this plan before traveling.

Grant would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
Most important is the medical coverage and emergency evacuation. If I have to eat half the cost of the trip due to an emergency then so be it. I find CSA the best balance of cost and coverage with good medical and evacuation benefits.
