Roman would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
This plan is good for covering evacuation costs and medical treatment if you are injured in a remote area. I believe this is called "point of injury' evacuation and is difficult to find coverage for unless you go with a plan offered by some of the diving insurance companies - and they do not cover you unless the accident is water related. I used it for a Grand Canyon raft trip. Never filed a claim so can't comment on actual service.

Baggage was lost / delayed. The 24 hr delay in coverage was not usable. It would have cost at least 1 day of my vacation and a few hundred dollars, none of which the plan would cover unless I waited for 24 hrs. This obviously is a function of the plan.
