This was the third time I have bought travel insurance. My chief aim is to protect against catastrophic loss, so I always choose a high medical/fatal repatriation limit. This policy was less expensive and served my main concern.
My experience has led me to believe that minor medical claims are just as much trouble to file as any; i.e., troublesome documentation requirements and long delays. Fortunately, I had no claim on this trip to Turkey.

The plan was just exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. The representative was extremely informative in explaining each of the benefits so I understood precisely what I was getting. I did not need to file a claim fortunately, but if I had I feel that the same service would have been provided.
