I had to use my travel insurance this trip to take my daughter to the emergency room after she lost a fingernail. The representatives I talked to at Medex were friendly, professional, and efficient. All the paperwork and bills were taken care of directly between the hospital and Medex, and all I paid was the deductible.
Despite the accident, we had a wonderful vacation and the peace of mind this insurance gave me was priceless. I am truly grateful.

We had a good trip to Europe and England and felt that the medical insurance was a great thing to have for peace of mind. Luckily we had no need to take advantage of the policy but will take out insurance with you again the next time we take a trip abroad. Your pricing is very reasonable and we got our money's worth.
