Since we did not need to file a claim, we do not know for certain how satisfied we would have been with the coverage payout, but from ease of purchase online, clear written delineation of what we could expect to be covered, and price for potential coverage, we were happy with the plan. We spent quite a bit of time and money on the phone with a very nice woman who apparently did not know that the accident I was reporting -- the breaking of a tooth in a dental bridge -- would not be covered. We did not know that, either, but I would have expected your employee to have avoided wasting everybody's time and money.
