I never received the policy in the US Mail even though I requested that. I did print out the policy from email.
Every thing else was fine. Good price. I purchased evacuation insurance only. Fortunately I didn't need it.

donna would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
Thankfully I did not need to use this medical coverage. Therefore, I find it difficult to offer input on the plan's ease of use and benefits provided. However, based on the summary of benefits info rec'd, it appeared to provide the coverage I needed while vacationing in Canada. and the cost was fairly reasonable.

My problem was getting the policy. I had asked that it be mailed to me. It never came. I asked again and was told it had been requested. It never came. Finally, I asked that it be e-mailed to me. Then I got it. The 2 people I talked to both said they would call the company but who knows what happened.
