I am glad I called you directly because the person I talked to saved me about half the cost of the policy I had originally chosen. Very satisfied and almost had to use the medical because my son was running a fever the day we left, but we went anyway and fever broke after a day or two, but luckily we didn't need any medical help. My baby is one year old. I felt more at ease knowing our trip was insured, it was really a piece of mind for low cost.

The coverage and premium were reasonable. I did not file any claim so I would not know how the company would handled my claim. I'm glad that I had the coverage, though.
