In over 30 years of travel this was the 1st time we used your services. We did not have to file any claim, but it really gave us just that little added security we wanted for travelling thru europe. We certainly will use it again next year.

I would not go with the increased deductible. Since I got sick while on my trip and could have experienced high bills without reaching the deductible threshold. Your coverage and communications were excellent. I appreciated the multiple email communications.
