I just wanted to write and say thank you. My mother was hesitant getting insurance for this flight but after getting 'burnt' last fall on a cancellation fee, she decided to take it out this time. What a blessing it was to have the insurance; it really helped out! Thank you so very much.

Two ladies on our trip fell and had to go home before the trip ended. One of them did not have any insurance, so this could have been me on previous trips when I traveled without insurance. Your insurance was very affordable and I'm glad I found your company and purchased the policy.

Our trip was canceled due to radiation danger. We have rescheduled it for July 2012. I will purchase this coverage again next year. We were able to get a full refund directly from the airlines for our entire group. The only loss was the cost of this insurance.

The only item not covered in the plan was trip cancellation. However, as I had to cancel my participation in the trip due to illness and was substituted by my niece, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a refund for the cost difference. It made the cost of the plan even lower -- a bargain price !!
