Your customer service is like the top. Bill just took over every thing and handled it for me. He's a true gentleman and I can't speak too highly of him because he helped me out and I really, really appreciate it. I would highly recommend using InsureMyTrip.com It gives you peace of mind when you've invested so much in a trip. Just in case of disaster, lost luggage, delays or illness, it is good to know that you have coverage for the unexpected.
