Hyun would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
Traveled to Riviera Maya, Mexico with my wife and two young children. Little cost but this insurance plan gave me a good peace of mind knowing anything can happen specially traveling with young kids. I will get the plan again on my next trip.

Never having had a need to purchase medical coverage for travel, I was a bit intimidated when I started looking into the insurance. I was thrilled that it was easy to find, I was thrilled that the customer service reps were not "offshore reps", and was even more thrilled that the reps were thorough without being convoluted. I thankfully did not have occasion to have to use the service, but am confident that if I had that the reps would assist efficiently and competently. My cynicism on American Customer Service standards has been diminished, your customer service reps are a credit to the industry so Thank Them.
