Simply put, I buy the plan each time I go overseas(should buy an annual plan) and have never had to file a claim-hard to rate a plan never used.

The fact that the plan covers pre-existing conditions was a prime factor in choosing this plan and gave peace of mind (even though ours are relatively minor).
