I always use HTH Worldwide when we travel...and I have never made a claim! We have always stayed well with no illness. My hope is all would go well if we have to use the insurance. My primary focus for purchasing a plan is regarding evacuation from the country visited and return to the US...or some kind of healthcare facility.

We did not have to use it. It was nice knowing it was there if we really needed it. Easy print out forms and insurance card. We used HTH Worldwide and we have no complaints.
