All plans are secondary insurance, meaning that in the event of claim they look to your primary coverage first. In the case of medicare supplemental there is a 50k lifetime cap. If that is ever depleted I'll have to dig more deep into the details

I would recommend HTH and will use them again for my next trip. I did not have to file a claim so I can not comment on that process, but having the assurance of compete medical coverage helped me to relax and enjoy my trip.
